Initial Appointment - allow 1.5 hours

​During this time, you will be able to discuss any concerns you have, receive any fixes and treatments that can be made during the session, as well as begin to plan your journey towards your longer term wellness goals.

Follow up Appointment - allow 1 hour

​Having undergone your initial assessment, we will check  to see how  your body has progressed and what it now requires in order to continue to move towards your wellness goals. 

Quick Check-in - allow 30 minutes

Having had your initial appointment, or a follow up appointment, you may have a quick query, a sneaking suspicion or something you would just like Esme to check. This appointment is perfect for that. We won't have time to delve into something new, but we can see if something has changed.

Surrogate appointments

If you feel you can't receive treatment directly or if you can't make it into clinic for any reason, we can use a surrogate and/or hair sampling. It is our preference to see you in person, however we understand this may not always be possible. Please give us a call to discuss this further. ​

Intolerance Testing - allow up to 1 hour

Are you concerned that your body is intolerant to a specific food or perhaps a product that you use? We can use non-invasive muscle testing to gently find out - I will test you but you can also bring any suspects with you and we will do the rest!​

Bach Flower Remedies - allow 30 minutes

We can create individual Bach Flower remedies to help with stress, pain (emotional and physical)​, anxiety and other emotional challenges you may be facing. Individual remedies are created to be taken orally, in drop form or as a roller to put directly onto your skin.
